So Halloween has been ‘ghosted’ for another year. Bonfire Night has finally fizzled out. This can mean only one thing…Christmas time is nearly here! Yippee! As well as thinking about all the yummy festive food to eat and presents to buy, there are also a LOT of Christmas parties to attend. But what to wear?!! There are so many Christmas themed products for dogs on the market (which is great) but sometimes it’s good to be different, right? Looking for something different for your dog too?? We have the answer!! We’ve teamed up with Paws with Opulence to make sure your dog stands out from the crowd this festive season…
Introducing Paws with Opulence
Paws with Opulence is Founded by the lovely Simone Taylor, who has created some seriously stunning bow ties for extra small to medium breeds, so your dog can make quite the impression this party season. As with so many great pet businesses, Paws with Opulence was inspired by Simone’s Chihuahua, Charles Taylor (great name!) Charles was a small dog with a big personality and needed fashion to match. Luckily for him, Simone worked in the luxury fashion industry and decided Charles and the wider dog world needed some well deserved luxury dog fashion. Whilst Charles is sadly no longer here, his legacy lives on in the creations he inspired (and the dog world is a better place for it).
Christmas Pawty Style With Paws with Opulence
So let’s get to it! Ted & Millie are ready to showcase some of their favourite styles from the Paws with Opulence collection. Ready for the catwalk (or should that be dog walk?) Here we go…
Midnight Blue Swarovski & Pink & Silver Bow Tie
First up are my personal favourites: The Midnight Blue Swarovski Bow Tie, worn by Sir Ted, and the Pink & Silver Bow Tie, worn by Madam Millie (I feel the dogs deserve a title when wearing such splendid attire!) I absolutely adored the crushed velvet feel to Ted’s Midnight Blue Bow Tie; it felt so luxurious and I think he definitely felt dapper wearing it (just look at his posture!) Millie’s Pink & Silver Bow Tie is made from a pink grosgrain ribbon and a silver glitter satin ribbon. It’s feminine with a touch of pizzazz! She’s certainly pretty in pink…and hoping to make the boys wink this festive season!
Satin Blue Bow Tie & Green & Red Bow Tie
Next up is the stunning Satin Blue Dog Bow Tie, modelled by Ted and the gorgeous Green and Red Dog Bow Tie, modelled by Millie. I’ve personally never seen a satin bow tie for dogs and I absolutely fell in love with this material. It really felt pawfect for a special occasion. The colour really ‘pops’ too so you won’t get lost amongst the crowds at a party! The Green & Red Dog Bow Tie is pawfect if you’re looking for a more christmas inspired bow tie, but it still retains its elegance. With the detailing with the gold in the centre, I think you’ll agree this makes a showstopper!!
(Worth noting all bow ties are super easy to attach you dogs collar, with an elasticated loop making it simple to slip over. Yay!)
Attending a Christmas Party without a gift? Surely not!
Nobody wants to be that person arriving at a Christmas party without a gift. But what to buy?! Well we’d be a true Grinch if we didn’t offer you a solution to that problem! Paws with Opulence have the most exquisite dog tags available. Sterling silver broken heart pendants!! The dog tags come in two halves so the lucky Christmas host can then decide what to do with the other half…pawfect for two dogs? Or perhaps shared between a dog and a human (or maybe they could give the other half back to you!) If your dog has a crush, these literally are pawfect. Who needs kisses under the mistletoe when you have these?! They go perfectly with the luxury metallic silver leather dog collar too, which we loved!! So stylish and supple!
